Abstract

The book contains theses and presentations of reports of academic institutions of higher education and scientific organizations, in which issues of development and of usage of economical and mathematical methods and models for optimization and distribution of resources, for making of managerial decisions in the spheres of economy, production, finance, technics and technology, education , real estate, and others are reviewed. The necessity of using information technologies that provide the necessary level of efficiency, reliability and quality of functioning of social and economic systems is discussed.
